Tapia Haus is a family-owned property offering unique, comfortable accommodations for guests seeking a delightful stay in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

We are located at 103 Tapia Street, Santurce, San Juan, Puerto Rico 00911.

We are in Santurce, a vibrant and artistic neighborhood in San Juan known for its cultural
energy, colorful murals, local restaurants, and lively atmosphere

Check-In / Check-Out

What are your check-in and check-out times?

We offer a self-check-in process available any time after 4:00 PM.
Check-out is flexible until 11:00 AM.

Yes, based on availability:

  • Early check-in:
    – 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM: $15.00
    – 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: $25.00
  • Late check-out:
    – Until 2:00 PM: $15.00
    – 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: $25.00

You will receive a unique set of access instructions via email before your arrival.

Do you provide towels and linens?

Yes, all towels and linens are provided.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

Yes, each apartment or studio is equipped with a kitchenette

All units feature:

  • Air conditioning

  • Smart TV
  • Essential toiletries

Cleaning is managed between stays, additional cleaning service during your stay can be arranged for an extra fee.
